Hard to believe Nicole and David actually started Canterbury Biltong after not being able to find a good biltong product that lived up to their expectations. So they started making it for themselves at home. A great success story of how simply making a good quality product can launch a well known NZ brand.

Nigel stumbled across Canterbury Biltong during his time studying in Christchurch and has been eating it since.
