Can I include anything personal in with the gift box?

Yes, we have our Venn gift cards which you can include with a message of your choice. You can use this option when selecting your box to purchase. Or if it is something more personal like your a business card or an extra item, email info@venngifts.co.nz and we will do our best to accommodate.

Can I make any small changes to the products in the box I would like to purchase?

Sure thing, email through your request at info@venngifts.co.nz

Will the receiver know how much the box cost?

We don’t put any invoices when dispatching our gift boxes. So the receiver will only receive the beautiful gift you have selected for them.

Can I purchase multiple boxes and send them to different addresses?

You sure can. When purchasing your boxes you will see an option to enter addresses for each box in your cart. Go ahead and use this or email us at info@venngifts.co.nz

What are the delivery charges?

We don’t think it is fair that you have to pay more just because your friend or loved one lives on the other side of the country. So all shipping is FREE for all boxes big or small.

Can you accommodate urgent orders?

Email jess@venngifts.co.nz. We’ll do everything we can to get you out of trouble.

I would like to make a large order for a party, corporate event etc. Are there any options?

Absolutely. Go over to our corporate page and take a look at some options. Or if you have anything special in mind email info@venngifts.co.nz.

International shipping?

Yes, we have a DHL account which offers great rates for international postage. We know international shipping is very expensive so we don’t add any margin to our international freight expenses. We only like to ship internationally to countries we have tested previously so please get in touch with the country you would like to send to.

Will the box container exactly what is detailed on the website?

99% of the time the boxes will contain exactly what you see in the picture and detailed in the box description. When dealing with wine there is only a certain amount of each brand produced each year so if supply is short, we will replace it with a brand of equal or more value.
