Can I include anything personal in with the gift box?

Yes, as standard you can include a personalised message with your gift. If you'd like to add your branding, collateral or event products then email admin@venngifts.co.nz and we can provide you with our Corporate/Event brochure.

Can I make any small changes to the products in the box I would like to purchase?

We will always try to accommodate requests. Please email these to admin@venngifts.co.nz

Will the receiver know how much the box cost?

We don’t put any invoices when dispatching our gift boxes. So the receiver will only receive the beautiful gift you have selected for them.

Can I purchase multiple boxes and send them to different addresses?

You sure can. When purchasing your boxes you will see an option to enter addresses for each box in your cart. 

What are the delivery charges?

Shipping is currently FREE for all our gift boxes.

Can you accommodate urgent orders?

Yes. Call Katie on 027 226 1547 to discuss. We’ll do everything we can to get you out of trouble.

I would like to make a large order for a party, corporate event etc. Are there any options?

International shipping?

No we do not send overseas.

Will the box container exactly what is detailed on the website?

For time to time we may need to substitute an item due to it being out of stock. We will always substitute with a product of equal or greater value.
