Substitution Policy

At Venn Gifts, we put a lot of love into curating every gift. While we always aim to include each product exactly as shown, sometimes an item, colour, size or packaging decides to sell out before we’re ready to say goodbye.

Thoughtful Swaps (The Good Kind)

If a product in your Venn Gift becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with another item of equal or greater value. Any swap will be carefully chosen to match the style, theme and overall feel of the gift you’ve selected.

Substitutions may include changes to:

• Brand or design
• Colour or pattern
• Size or packaging

No downgrades here — if we swap it, it’ll be just as good (if not better).

What You See vs What You Get

Some items shown in our photos may be there to make things look extra pretty or to help demonstrate how your gift could be presented. These may include styling props such as straws, ramekins, trays or glassware.

These items are not included unless they are clearly listed in the product description.

The Fine Print (But Friendly)

Where possible, we may let you know about significant substitutions before your Venn Gift heads out the door.

By placing an order, you agree that we may make substitutions as outlined in this policy.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).
